A long-sleeve hooded flannel in 100% heavyweight cotton wearing Mesa Plaid, cut as a casual alternative to a standard hoodie. Available in Midnight and Duck Brown, in sizes S through XXL.
Blanket flannel names a weight as much as a cloth, and heavyweight cotton is what earns it: this is a garment with real mass. The hood invites the comparison to a hoodie, which is intended, but everything else is flannel through and through, a woven face, a plaid running across it, a shirt's construction rather than a sweatshirt's. Both colourways are dark, and on a dark ground a plaid reads as texture before it reads as pattern.
Dark and heavy is the combination that gets worn constantly once it is in the house. Over a tee, under a coat once the season turns in earnest, or alone for most of autumn. This hooded flannel lives on the back of a chair, not in a drawer.
