Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped by Roper's Clothing from Helen, Georgia.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. boxes requiring freight, or to freight forwarders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern begin processing the next business day.

Transit time and cost

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your distance from Georgia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight; the rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our store. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, and holiday volume can extend delivery times beyond our estimates. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately at support@brencrate.com — we can correct an address only before the order ships. Orders returned to us as undeliverable are refunded for the merchandise, less original shipping.
